Hotel Les Mars Lobby

At Hotel Les Mars, we strive to make your stay memorable.  Our policies below help ensure we can meet that goal for all of our guests.


Room reservations require a deposit of one night of the stay, plus 16% occupancy tax and the nightly service fee of $38.02 on a major credit card. Due to the small size of our hotel, we are greatly affected by untimely cancellations and we firmly adhere to our cancellation policy. You have until 72 hours prior to your arrival to cancel or move your reservation; we will refund your deposit less a $50 per room processing fee. If you cancel within 72 hours of your arrival date, regardless of the circumstances, you will be charged in full for your reservation. Reducing the length of stay or an early departure within 72 hours of your arrival is considered a cancellation. As mentioned, cancellations affect us significantly; therefore, we must hold firmly to our cancellation policy.

Check In / Check Out

Check-in time starts at 3pm, check out is at 11am.

Service Fee

In addition to room and tax, there is a nightly $35 service fee which is in lieu of all cash gratuities for all of the staff.


Hotel Les Mars offers a completely non-smoking environment and we reserve the right to charge a $500 fee if smoking occurs in a room.


Hotel Les Mars allows for pets, dogs and cats at a nonrefundable 250USD per pet per stay fee. Property allows for service animals for physically challenged guests.


We currently offer both self park and valet.


Guest rooms and public areas are equipped with complimentary WI-FI access.


Children are welcome.
