As a small-sized hotel, we are highly impacted by unexpected cancellations, so we maintain a strict cancellation policy. You may cancel or modify your reservation up to 72 hours before your scheduled arrival, and we will reimburse your deposit minus a $50 processing fee per room. If you cancel within 72 hours of your intended arrival, regardless of the circumstances, the full amount of your reservation is charged. Early departures within 72 hours of your arrival are treated as a cancellation.

Yes. There is a nightly $35 service fee which is in lieu of all cash gratuities for all our hotel associates. This is in addition to room and tax.
